120W Aluminum Alloy Handheld Laser Device
Designed for advanced optical experiments, technology demonstrations, and controlled research applications, this 120W handheld laser device combines a rigid aluminum-alloy housing with a 15× adjustable zoom lens and an integrated thermal-management system.
The compact 52 × 52 × 180 mm design houses four high-capacity Samsung 50S 5000mAh cells, a 20A battery protection board, constant-current drive electronics, heat-pipe cooling, and a digital power display.

Advanced Thermal Management
The internal heat-pipe cooling system is designed to transfer heat away from the high-power laser module during operation.
An integrated thermal protection system automatically interrupts laser operation when the internal temperature becomes too high. After the device cools to a suitable temperature, operation can resume.
This protection system is intended to help reduce thermal stress on the laser module and internal electronics.
Battery & Status Indicator
The device uses four Samsung 50S 5000mAh cells together with a 20A battery protection board.
The rear indicator provides a simple battery-status reference:

Yellow: Approximately half charge

Red: Low/no charge

Yellow indicator during operation: Indicates the system is active

No yellow indicator during attempted operation: Thermal protection may have been triggered; allow the device to cool before further use.
A full charge provides approximately 30 minutes of total intermittent runtime, depending on operating conditions.
Recommended Operating Pattern
For thermal management, short operating bursts of approximately 10 seconds are recommended, followed by appropriate cooling intervals.
The device incorporates automatic thermal shutdown and should not be operated continuously for extended periods. If the thermal protection system activates, stop operation and allow the device to cool naturally.
Optical System
The integrated 15× zoom lens provides adjustable optical focusing, while the 110mW red coaxial aiming module provides a visible reference for alignment.
Because the main laser output may be invisible depending on its wavelength, the red aiming beam should not be treated as an indication that the primary laser beam is safe.
