  1. This laser module runs on 33V 20A DC power. It is sold as a disassembled spare part. Light output is guaranteed, but rated optical power is not covered by warranty.

    It cannot be directly connected to batteries; a constant current power supply is required. An external heat sink must be installed during operation. Long-distance beam projection is not supported.
  2. An external heat sink is mandatory during operation. Keep the operating temperature under 40°C for continuous working.

    Optical power will drop when temperature exceeds 45°C. The module may burn out if temperature rises above 65°C.
  3. The laser is neither waterproof nor dustproof. Check the module surface and lens for water or dust before use.

    Clean any dirt on the lens, otherwise the laser may burn out (this rule only applies to models with optical fiber and lens).

    Maintain a safe distance between the laser and the target. When processing metals, too short a distance will produce hot metal sparks splashing onto the lens and causing damage.
  4. Optical fiber is fragile. Do not bend or kink it sharply, which may break the fiber core.

    For ordinary optical fiber models, trimming the fiber tip can avoid repeated burning of the fiber output head.
  5. Short-circuit the positive and negative terminals for storage when the laser is idle to prevent electrostatic breakdown.

    Storage conditions: temperature 8°C to 40°C, relative humidity below 15%.
  6. This is an infrared laser with a wavelength of 915±3 nm. The beam is invisible to human eyes; the spot can only be seen through a camera. This laser is not suitable for long-range emission.

    Do not point the laser at mirrors, as high reflected light will damage the laser.
