Portable High-Speed Photodetector for Laser Signal Detection

Designed for portable optical testing and laser signal detection, this compact biased photodetector integrates a built-in 12V rechargeable power supply for convenient operation without an external power source.

Two detector versions are available: Silicon (Si) for visible and near-infrared applications from 400–1100 nm, and InGaAs for near-infrared applications from 900–1700 nm.

The compact housing is easy to carry and can be securely mounted to an optical setup using the M4 threaded mounting hole located at the center of the bottom panel.
