Description
VIDEO Upgraded from the classic 500W model, this 750W pulsed laser is equipped with a Durgen high-power pump source and single set of 10×21700 high-capacity battery pack. It features green light assistance, intelligent adjustable temperature protection, fan speed regulation and remote control, delivering stable pulsed output for scientific research, teaching, outdoor cleaning and long-distance positioning operations.
Built with durable CNC anodized aluminum alloy, the device measures 300 x 95 x 55mm and weighs 5kg. Wear-resistant and thermally efficient, it adapts to long-term high-intensity outdoor work. Its lightweight design supports handheld and bracket operation, while the 2.0 tactical rail enables stable focusing and easy accessory installation.
Adopting wavelength-locked chips and precision beam combining technology, it outputs stable 975 - 976 nm invisible laser beams. Accurate optical coupling and tight beam convergence eliminate wavelength shift and light diffusion, maintaining concentrated, lossless laser energy for long-distance work.
With over 50% electro-optical conversion efficiency, it reduces heat loss and boosts laser output. The built-in single cooling fan dissipates heat to prevent local overheating with excellent high-temperature and overload resistance. Customizable temperature control and anti-interference, anti-reflection design ensure stable, safe and durable operation.
50% more powerful than standard 500W lasers, it provides higher energy density and lower long-distance attenuation. Field tests show reliable performance: it penetrates double-layer thin metal cans at 20m, ignites light combustibles in 1 second at 50m, lights dark hard combustibles in 2 seconds at 70m, fully ignites targets in 3 - 5 seconds at 85m, and produces obvious scorch marks for steady ignition at 100m.
Key advantages include 750W high power, stable 975 - 976nm wavelength, 50% power upgrade, high conversion efficiency, low heat generation, robust CNC body, customizable temperature control and integrated single-channel heat dissipation. Reliable and multi-functional, this professional laser outperforms ordinary 500W devices in overall performance.
Version 2: Enhanced 750W Pulsed Laser (With Dual AMD SP3 2U-P23 Heatsinks & Dual Battery Packs)
Built on the standard 750W laser platform and fully upgraded for sustained heavy-duty operation, this enhanced pulsed laser retains the core Durgen high-power 750W pump source while adding two AMD SP3 2U-P23 active cooling radiators and dual independent 10×21700 battery packs to double power endurance and thermal load capacity. It still supports green light assistance, intelligent adjustable temperature protection, PWM fan speed regulation and remote control, ideal for extended scientific research, long-hour outdoor cleaning, all-day field positioning and continuous high-output ignition tasks.
The main body adopts wear-resistant CNC anodized aluminum alloy, with upgraded overall size and weight to accommodate dual cooling modules and dual batteries. It retains flexible handheld & bracket mounting compatibility as well as the 2.0 tactical rail for fast accessory fitting and precise beam focusing.
It adopts wavelength-locked chips and precision beam combining technology to output ultra-stable 975 - 976 nm invisible laser beams. Precision optical coupling restrains wavelength drift and beam divergence, keeping highly concentrated, low-loss laser energy for ultra-long-distance transmission.
Boasting above 50% electro-optical conversion efficiency, the unit cuts down waste heat generation fundamentally. The original built-in cooling is supplemented by two full-spec AMD SP3 2U-P23 radiators: each unit comes with 5 copper heat pipes, double ball-bearing 4-PIN PWM fans (2600–8000RPM, max 47.20CFM airflow), delivering full-area, multi-layer active heat dissipation to thoroughly eliminate hotspots, with drastically improved high-temperature endurance and overload resistance. Matched with dual sets of 10×21700 batteries, runtime is doubled without power attenuation during continuous high-power firing. Custom adjustable temperature thresholds, anti-interference circuits and anti-reflection optical coatings further guarantee long-term stable, secure operation.
Compared with regular 500W lasers, this upgraded model delivers 50% higher peak energy density and weaker long-distance beam attenuation. Practical field verification confirms consistent powerful performance: it pierces double-layer thin metal cans at 20m, ignites light combustibles within 1 second at 50m, lights dense hard fuels in 2 seconds at 70m, fully ignites targets in 3–5 seconds at 85m, and leaves distinct scorch marks for reliable ignition at 100m. Thanks to the dual heatsink cooling system, it can maintain continuous maximum-power output far longer than the standard single-cooler version without thermal throttling.
Core upgrade highlights: 750W high-power pump source, fixed 975–976nm laser wavelength, 50% power boost over 500W entry models, >50% photoelectric conversion efficiency, dual AMD SP3 2U-P23 copper tube radiators for all-round heat dissipation, dual 10×21700 battery packs for doubled endurance, CNC rugged alloy housing, programmable intelligent temperature control. Optimized for non-stop heavy-duty scenarios, this enhanced laser achieves comprehensive performance superiority over standard 500W and single-cooler 750W variants.
