AC-Coupled High-Gain Photodetector for Fast Optical Signal Detection
Designed for high-sensitivity optical signal measurement and experimental photonics applications, this AC-coupled photodetector combines low-noise performance, high adjustable gain, and bandwidth up to 20 MHz.
The detector supports interchangeable photodiodes for different wavelength ranges, including Si for 400–1100 nm and InGaAs for 800–1700 nm, allowing the same platform to be adapted to different optical detection requirements.
With gain exceeding 60 dB, the detector is suitable for detecting and amplifying relatively weak modulated or pulsed optical signals. A high-quality power adapter is included, with customizable ±12V power configurations available for specific experimental setups.
