4875 Cannon CNC high‑power lithium battery charger, specially built for drone battery charging. Default setting 71‑101V output, adjustable current from 2A‑55A. Custom voltage and current specifications are supported upon request. This is the optimized Bluetooth version on the market, featuring outstanding stability. Fan behavior and screen display can be fully customized.
Core Hardware Configuration
- MOSFET: Infineon 200V MOS tubes for all models, except the 130V variant
- Transformer: Hui Yue finished transformer for lower operating temperature and superior stability
- Capacitor: Taiwan Capxon capacitors
- Temperature sensing: Temperature probe is glued to the last LLC MOSFET or synchronous rectifier heatsink (sensor position varies by unit). It captures real hot‑spot temperature to guarantee valid thermal protection trigger.
- Fan system: Specially‑optimized fan solution, greatly improved long‑term reliability compared with older generations.
Factory Pre‑test
Every unit goes through full‑load high‑power testing before shipment. Test video will be provided with your order. Default configuration: Black Bluetooth unit current‑locked at 50A. Free storage bag included. Power cables are sold separately: 1 input cable + 1 output cable.
Technical Tolerance Notice
Normal tolerance: voltage deviation ≤1.5%, current deviation ≤3%. Users may calibrate by themselves with proper tools. Please think twice before ordering. Temperature below 90℃ is within normal operating range. For 4875‑series units running above 4000W, MOS core temperature will exceed 75℃. Different devices adopt different temperature‑reading and thermal control solutions. Displayed temperature value cannot be the sole criterion to judge equipment condition. Please verify by practical testing.
