976nm Fiber Laser Operating Specifications
1. Basic Parameters
Power supply: DC 31V 34A. Do not connect directly to batteries.
Laser source: 976nm wavelength with fiber output. The device is in good condition with sufficient power output.
2. Heat Dissipation Requirements (Important)
1. An external radiator must be equipped during laser operation.
2. The operating temperature shall be controlled within 40℃.
3. Excessive temperature above 45℃ will cause laser power attenuation.
4. Temperature exceeding 65℃ may burn out the laser device.
3. Dustproof, Waterproof and Lens Protection
1. This device is non-waterproof and non-dustproof. Before use, inspect the equipment body and lens thoroughly. Clean off all water stains, dust and impurities. Residue contaminants will cause laser burnout (only applicable to fiber and lens-equipped versions).
2. Maintain a reasonable working distance from the target object during operation. When processing metal materials, too short a distance will cause iron spark splashes and damage the lens.
4. Fiber Optic Usage Notes (Except Collimated Versions)
1. The optical fiber is a fragile precision component. Do not bend or fold it excessively to avoid core fracture.
2. If the ordinary fiber end is burnt, scrape off the outer adhesive layer and recut the end with a fiber cutter to prevent repeated burning.
5. Storage Specifications
1. Short the positive and negative electrodes during long-term storage to prevent electrostatic breakdown of internal components.
2. Storage environment: Temperature 8℃–40℃, humidity ≤15%.
6. Laser Characteristics
1. This is an infrared laser with a wavelength of 915±3nm, invisible to the human eye. The light spot can be observed via camera devices.
7. Applicable and Prohibited Materials
Applicable materials: Wood, dark paper, steel, partial dark plastics.
Prohibited materials: Copper, aluminum, mirrors and other highly reflective materials, which will cause reverse light reflection and damage the laser.
8. Application Limitation
This laser is not suitable for long-distance irradiation operations.
